Hi, I'm
Your photographer, friend, and biggest fan.
What started off as a hobby + passion turned into a career that has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I have captured over thousands of hours + sessions full of beautiful moments and milestones for almost 2 years. I'm a mama to my wild 3-year-old son, Kaden and I've been married 5 years to my husband, Trey. We're a prior military family who relocated from NC to GA when my husband finished his term in the Army. We also have a sweet rescue dog named Mia (also known as Mimi).
When I'm not snapping away on my camera, I'm binge watching any and all crime documentaries/shows or listening to them in podcast form (Crime Junkie is my favorite). I love a good cup of coffee, iced or hot (or via IV is how I feel some days lol). We're a coastal family by far, we travel to the beach any chance we can get! We're also a sports family, so you can find us in the fall chanting for the bulldogs in Athens, or at Lanier High School where my husband coaches football.
My methodology
Being in front of a camera can make you feel vulnerable and a bit uncomfy- but that's where I step in! When you can't control your angles or make sure your photographer gets your "good" side, it can be difficult to believe the photos will be something you'll love.... trust me, I get it. By finding a photographer who you trust, it allows you to open yourself up and be present in the moment without focusing on your insecurities.
First rule- there are none! Let's make this fun and keep it real. We'll take every hiccup together. Makeup on your shirt? I brought wipes! Rain during your session? Let's make it fun and dance around- I brought an umbrella! Child throwing a fit? I've got toys + snacks with me to make your little one perk back up.
Lastly, let's go all in! I want you to have fun and be open, this is your moment! Allow yourself to soak it all in as I'm right by your side capturing all the laughter + tears as it unfolds.
I'm truly so grateful to even be a small part in your milestone so trust me when I say I'm fully invested. My promise to you as your photographer is to be 100% present and give you photos to cherish for a lifetime.
